The vote result on May 13th was a stunning, hard-fought pro-life win. We’ll have more analysis later on how it happened and what it means for the issue – including the opportunities it creates and the ongoing challenges ahead. But for now, well done again to everyone who contacted their TDs in the 72 hours before the vote. It made all the difference.

Well done to all our TD’s who opposed the SD abortion bill. You’ll be called on again and again as the antilife people will not give up and you can be sure will be back again. They are hell bent on facilitating the killing of unborn babies with no restrictions.
Thanks so much to all those who voted no to the abolition of the 3-day waiting period. I hope now there will be a real effort to routinely present those considering abortion with positive alternatives during this time.
