Official figures from the Florida Agency for Healthcare Administration show that 79,812 unborn babies were aborted in Florida in 2021. By the close of 2025, that number had dropped to 44,206 – a 45% reduction in the space of just four years.
In 2021, there were 57 abortion clinics operating across the state. Today, that number has dropped to 48, marking a 16% decrease since 2021.
Florida still has the third-highest number of abortion clinics in the United States, behind California and New York. Nevertheless, legislative change, clinic closures and sustained pro-life outreach efforts are collectively reshaping the landscape and offering genuine hope for the future.

The almost 50% reduction in abortion numbers in Florida over the past four years is truly heartening and makes all of us who are pro life and who are continuing to challenge the immorality of taking another human life be filled with renewed hope and vigour.
