Positive Pathways Campaign

The PLC’s new Positive Pathways Campaign is all about ensuring that women facing an unplanned pregnancy are not kept in the dark prior to an abortion about other options and the practical supports available should the woman decide to keep her baby.

In recent weeks the PLC launched a national billboard campaign to draw attention to the issue and we have also been meeting with members of the Oireachtas to inform them about the changes needed, focussed on reducing Ireland’s soaring abortion rate.

Our new Virtual Postcard initiative to politicians is another vitally important part of the drive to bring about change. The striking increase in the number of pro-life candidates elected to the new Dáil and Seanad greatly boosts our chances of success.

To guarantee that we succeed, we are calling on every pro-life supporter to set aside one minute to send a ready-to-go instant message to their local Oireachtas members.
