RUTH O’SULLIVAN

A nurse from West Cork and married with a young family, Ruth recently made the very courageous decision to come forward and tell her deeply personal and harrowing story about the impact of abortion on her life. She will share why she believes policy changes are needed at a governmental level to inform women about alternatives prior to an abortion taking place.

DR MARGARET NAUGHTON

Works as a Clinical Pastoral Educational Supervisor and Healthcare Chaplain at University Hospital Kerry. In 2023, she gave evidence before the Joint Oireachtas Committee on Assisted Dying asserting that legalisation to permit assisted suicide/ euthanasia would gravely undermine the right-to-life and genuine healthcare.

Highlights from 2023

Dr. Andrew O’Regan was one of many brilliant speakers we had at the conference. In his speech, he shares the story of his late infant son Liam O’Regan who, before birth, was diagnosed with Patau syndrome.
